David H. Stone was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and has lived most of his life in New Cumberland. He graduated from Cedar Cliff High School in 1975, Princeton University in 1979, and New York Law School (Cum Laude) in 1983. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1983. After a one-year clerkship with James Crumlish, the President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, he joined his father in the general practice of law. Today, his practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning and administration and elder law. His career has been dedicated to helping people with real, everyday problems such as buying or refinancing a house, writing wills and powers of attorney, helping families with issues affecting the elderly, and helping executors handle estates. He has enjoyed working in a small, family-oriented firm. Many of his clients have been friends for years. Mr. Stone is the past President of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, past Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of the Harrisburg Academy, and past Chair of the Real Estate, Estate and Elder Law Committee of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He was a founding member of Friends of the West Shore Theatre, Inc. and currently serves as its President. He is currently serving in his second term of the Borough Council of New Cumberland and was elected by his fellow Council members as President in January 2025.
Mr. Stone lives in New Cumberland with his wife, Lisa, a retired campaign finance report consultant. He is a passionate fly fisherman and is known to skip out early to fish the head waters of the Yellow Breeches Creek. He is a former Board member of the Cumberland Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited. For the past several years he has been very involved in the renovation and reopening of the West Shore Theatre. He is the proud father of Annie, co-author of the Direbound book series, Sophie, operations manager for SKIMM in New York City, Peter, a singer songwriter and recording artist, step-daughter Jennifer, an interior design consultant, and step-daughter, Sarah, a second grade school teacher currently at home with her children. Mr. Stone loves his role as “pop-pop” to his five grandchildren.
Gerald J. Shekletski graduated from Princeton University in 1981 and received his law degree from Ohio Northern University in 1984. Mr. Shekletski focuses his practice on estate planning and estate administration, real estate law and title insurance, and business and corporate law. He is a graduate of Princeton University (1981) and received his law degree from Ohio Northern University (Dean’s List) in 1984. Mr. Shekletski joined the firm in 1990.
Mr. Shekletski is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Cumberland County and Dauphin County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania (former Board Member) and is active in many civic and community organizations. He serves on the Board of Vickie’s Angel Foundation, a nonprofit organization in New Cumberland that assists families affected by cancer. He is a past president and a former board member of the New Cumberland Olde Towne Association. He served as the chairman of the New Cumberland Olde Town Association’s 175th Anniversary of New Cumberland Borough Committee. Mr. Shekletski was an adjunct professor at Harrisburg Area Community College for ten years, teaching paralegal courses in Real Estate Law and Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He also serves on the Princeton Alumni Schools Council and interviews high school seniors in central Pennsylvania who have applied for admission to Princeton.
Mr. Shekletski has resided in Hampden Township with his wife, Anita, since 1992. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Anne (husband Brian and daughter/grandaughter Lily) and Leah (fiance Jason), all who live in the Pittsburgh area. Mr. Shekletski is a licensed PIAA basketball official.
Charles H. Stone was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and has lived most of his life in New Cumberland. He graduated from New Cumberland High School in 1945, Princeton University in 1949 and the Harvard Law School in 1956. He served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1952. He was admitted into the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1957. For a time after graduating from law school he worked in the Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania. Since then he has been in private practice and has devoted his attention principally to trusts and estates, estate planning, real estate transactions, and the legal affairs of small business owners. Mr. Stone has been active in cultural and civic affairs in the community. He has been president of the Harrisburg Symphony Association, the William Penn Memorial Museum Associates, and the Cumberland County Historical Society. He has been president of the Cumberland County Bar Association and remains active on several of its committees.
Adam R. Deluca was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and has lived most of his life in Central PA. He graduated from Mechanicsburg High School in 2004, Temple University (Cum Laude, Permanent Dean’s Honors) in 2008, and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2011. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2011. He joined the firm in 2020 after spending 9 years practicing in Carlisle. Today, his practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, elder law, and business matters, which includes assisting the Mechanicsburg Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Deluca has worked with some families and individuals for almost 15 years. Being able to provide this long term personalized service is one of the greatest reasons he enjoys the small law firm environment. Mr. Deluca has always loved helping others and has put forth significant effort in his career assisting seniors and helping those in need. He attributes this quality from growing up in his father’s family owned pharmacies in Harrisburg and experiencing the passion his father had for serving the community over the course of 45 years.
Mr. Deluca currently lives in Camp Hill with his wife, Nicole, and their three children. When not in the office or with his family, he can be found on the golf course or working on projects around the house. Mr. Deluca is the past President of the Friends’ Board of the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library and his HOA.
